Become a Player

We aim to offer a fun and friendly environment for all our players. Currently we offer coaching for all ages from young ones at Soccer School to U7’s up to U18’s. We also have teams in the Medway Messenger Youth League and the Kent Youth Leagues.

Become a Coach

If Coaching is something you are passionate about, we can help. We help all our coaches achieve their coaching badges and can offer insight and guidance along the way.

Become a Referee

Need more experience to become a Referee? Well, some of our home grounds can see up to 5-6 games on a Sunday giving you plenty of experience to help achieve your desired Referees badge.

Become a Sponsor

We are always willing to chat with those interested in sponsoring us. Whether you want to sponsor the club as a whole or an individual team, we are sure we can make it well worth your wild!

How & When to Register

Registering yourself and your team can be a daunting task. In the future, all registrations will be done by team managers through the FA’s Whole Game system (WGS). This should make the process a bit easier for all involved.

MMYL Registration

MMYL Registrations normally require you register a team for ever age group by the end of July.

KYL Registration

KYL Registration generally needs to be done by the end of July for the season beginning in September of that year.

Coaches

All coaches need to have active First Aid and Safeguarding certificates. Also, at least one coach per team needs to hold a FA Level 1 Coaching Badge.

Facilities

The heart of home of the Bredhurst Juniors is the Central Park Stadium in Sittingbourne.

About Us

Bredhurst Juniors Football club was founded in 1991 by a group of dads who’s football crazy 5 to 7 year olds were finding it difficult to play organised football in the Medway area football only being available for under 10s.

The dads organised training at Bredhurst School and friendlies with other like-minded clubs soon followed.

These clubs such as Pegasus, Larkfield and Real60 became the founding members of the Medway & Maidstone league playing small-sided football for under 8/9.

The year of training and friendlies paid dividends as our first under 8 teams won there league comfortably and carried on these winning ways until at under 14 they joined Lordswood in the Kent League. Every year more boys have followed we now run teams from under 7 to under 18.
